Product details

Kabu-Seal is a compression ring seal made from a solid EPDM rubber core with a soft thermoset elastomer PUR coating, featuring yellow compression flanges made of stainless steel. This pressure-water-tight wall entry is used for Kabuflex pipes in house and wall penetrations. The advantage lies in the soft surface, which provides a seal against the cable protection pipe and the core drilling up to 1.5 bar of water pressure. Due to its excellent adhesion properties, the Kabu-Seal compression ring seal insert securely withstands pressing water and gas in the annular space with a very low tightening torque of 2 Nm on the screw connection. Installation can be successfully carried out without special tools by using the visible contact indicator of the yellow bead at the edges of the compression flanges. Kabu-Seal 160200.
