Spectrum

Spectrum ThermaTech PA 1.75mm 0.75kg ThermaTech PA is an advanced 3D printing filament designed for exceptional thermal and insulating properties. It is ideal for applications that require efficient heat dissipation, such as printing housings for electronic devices, heat sinks, and other components that need to operate in high-temperature environments without the risk of overheating. With the addition of a special ceramic filler, ThermaTech PA offers high thermal conductivity combined with excellent electrical insulation. It is the perfect solution for components that need to dissipate heat without conducting electricity, which is crucial for sensitive electronic systems. Unlike graphite-filled materials, which are prone to short circuits, ThermaTech PA eliminates the risk of damage to sensitive electronic components. ThermaTech PA combines lightweight and durability with exceptional technical performance, enabling the manufacture of precise, durable structures. The material achieves a thermal conductivity of 1.97 W/mK in the longitudinal direction, thanks to the alignment of the boron nitride particles along the print axis. This ensures efficient heat transfer in one direction while maintaining electrical insulation (with a resistivity in the range of 10^12 Ω-cm). ThermaTech PA is the answer to the growing demand for specialized 3D printing materials.
