Properties of TPU D58 from the TPU plastic family

TPU FLEX D58 is a durable elastomer based on polycaprolactone polyester. It has been specifically developed for industrial applications and is excellent for producing elastic and damping components. The material is optimized for thermal stability and improved flow properties for the FFF/FDM process.

Printing properties: Printing temperature 230 - 260 °C, printing speed 20 - 40 mm/s, bed temperature 50 - 60 °C, difficulty level easy, surface normal, specific weight 1.2 g/cm³, heat resistant up to 140 °C. Possible nozzles: stainless steel, hardened steel, copper, alloys, brass, ruby. Adhesion types: 3DLac adhesive spray, BuildTak PEI, spring steel plate PEI, PrintaFix.

Special properties: UV/weather resistant, chemical resistance, deformable/flexible.

Variants: Article number 01157252, filament packaging 0.75 kg, spool diameter 20 cm, inner diameter 5.2 cm, spool width 5.5 cm.
