Green-TEC Filament

Biocomponents (BDP) are made from nearly 100% renewable and natural raw materials. These raw materials are CO2-neutral and environmentally safe. This new biomaterial is a non-toxic alternative to conventional ABS, PETG, or PLA filaments, offering superior temperature resistance, hardness, and elongation. The material properties also surpass those of established 3D printing materials in terms of shrinkage and warping, making it suitable for complex and large print objects. A heated bed is not required for printing.

Application: High-performance applications in the technical field as well as a biological alternative to ABS and PETG. Very high temperature resistance. Regulation: The biopolymer complies with all regulations of the European Regulation on food contact.

First Recommendation

• Heated bed: 35-50 degrees
• Adhesion with spray adhesive

Second Recommendation
