The TPU 95A filament from eSUN is a high-quality 3D printing material known for its excellent mechanical properties. With a Shore hardness of 95A, it offers an optimal balance between flexibility and strength, making it ideal for applications such as insoles and other flexible parts. The TPU material is not only robust and durable but also resistant to chemicals and UV light, which expands its range of applications. The printing parameters are set for a temperature of 220 to 250 °C and a printing speed of 20 to 50 mm/s, allowing for easy handling. Additionally, the filament should be dried at 55 °C for more than 4 hours before printing to achieve optimal results. The combination of flexibility, resilience, and ease of processing makes this filament an excellent choice for creative 3D printing projects.
