Always worked well but for the last 3 months there has been a problem with the paper gripping when printing, the printer can no longer grip the paper. The feed mechanism seems to be slipping: it tries to pick up the paper but cannot. Sometimes pressing next several times on the printer's LCD screen unblocks the problem, but doing this often becomes tiring. The support team was unable to give any effective help. That's the only problem. The printer is scratch-free, scans and copies without a hitch. Undeniable advantage: Printer with ink tank, uses little ink and the price of ink bottles is reasonable, the price per page is very low. Unfortunately I did not keep the original packaging.
