Product details
With a build volume of 800 mm x 800 mm x 1000 mm, the industrial-grade FDM printer not only fulfils the user's printing requirements for oversized models, but also reduces the need to cut models into smaller sections for efficient printing.
The heating bed consists of four independent (410410mm) magnetic PEI high temperature platforms with a maximum temperature of 100°C.
The four platforms can be heated simultaneously and reach 100°C over the entire surface in 17 minutes (ambient temperature: 25°C).
The platform on which the model is located can also be automatically recognised and heated independently, or manually and independently controlled to increase energy efficiency.
With its 64-bit quad-core high-performance processor (SOC RK3328) with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz, it offers sufficient computing capacity and at the same time 6 times the print speed with a maximum speed of 300 mm/s (150 mm/s recommended), which is the highest print speed for printers of this size.
Three additional print heads can be attached to the X-axis to realise simultaneous printing with four nozzles and print four identical models, whereby each nozzle can be equipped with the same material and different coloured filament to obtain four different coloured models of the same type.
The maximum power requirement is 1,530 W. A further 100 W is required for each additional print head. Please make sure that your equipment can handle this total power.
Thickened double-sided cooling fans can comprehensively improve the model's printing results. In addition, the fans are equipped with an intelligent control function that stops operation when printing is complete, saving energy, reducing noise and extending service life.
