This means the 'M' switch on the remote control does not switch to safety mode as it does from the factory, but rather to Acro mode. It requires a lot of practice and YouTube videos to master this! Furthermore, the gimbals on the remote control have been adjusted for manual flight. To fly in Normal (S/N) mode, I recommend changing these settings back.
