Product details

Plug C14 (Yung-Li Part No YP-32)
The cold appliance plug IEC 60320-C13 is used for connecting devices that do not generate heat during operation. The maximum temperature of the plug must not exceed 70 °C, and the maximum current flow is limited to 10 A. Cold appliance plugs do not fit into warm or hot device sockets.

Plug C15 (Yung-Li Part No YC-20)
Warm appliance plugs are used for heat-generating devices, such as portable hot plates, industrial vacuum cleaners, waffle irons, or older types of irons, as well as the latest type of switches (network distributors) with detachable power cords.

The C15 and C16 are similar to C13/14. However, the C16 connection has a lock that prevents the connection of a C13 plug. Nevertheless, the C15 fits into the C14 device socket. Consequently, a warm appliance cable can be connected to a computer, but a cold appliance cable cannot be connected to a hot plate.
