24HE Network Cabinet, Indoor IP55 1300x600x800 mm, including base, gray (RAL 7035). Protection class IP55 against water and dust ingress according to IEC EN60529, IK10 impact resistance tested according to IEC EN62262, 4-point locking of the front and rear doors, including mounted base. The 483 mm (19 inch) industrial network cabinets are protected against dust and water ingress at protection level IP55 (IEC EN 60529), providing optimal conditions for user-friendly installation of active and passive network components, along with clean cabling in an industrial environment. The color is achieved through a 70-90 µ thick powder coating in gray (RAL 7035) with adhesion capability according to EN ISO 2409: Class 0 to 1. An additional 500-hour resistance test against salt spray confirms a possible operating temperature of -25 °C to +70 °C. The 483 mm (19 inch) profile rails installed inside (two pairs = 4 pieces) are galvanized and marked with height units (countable in both directions). They can be adjusted in depth and are additionally connected with depth braces in the cabinet to allow for intensive expansion with 483 mm (19 inch) components. A surrounding profile perforation structure further supports this. Each cabinet is equipped with a 100 mm high base, providing additional space for cable excess lengths. At the bottom of each cabinet, there is a sliding cable entry with a rubber seal as well as five PG cable entries (4x PG21 + 1x PG48). A comprehensive range of accessories for cable management, shelves, etc. helps meet many requirements of daily practice.
