The fork light barriers from Di-Soric are highly advanced electronic modules based on the principle of optical light barriers. They are equipped with a red LED as the light source and offer a fork width of 220 mm. These modules are designed for use in demanding environments and operate with a supply voltage of 10 to 30 V DC. The fork light barriers feature a maximum no-load current of 30 mA and have a push-pull switching output that supports up to 100 mA. The IO-Link interface allows for easy integration into modern automation systems. With a factory setting of 1 mm resolution and a reproducibility of 0.03 mm, they provide precise measurement and control functions. The housing made of powder-coated zinc die-cast ensures durability and resilience, while the operating temperature range of -25 to +60 °C allows for versatile applications in various industrial environments.
