This cable from Delock is designed to connect a monitor with a DVI port to a PC or notebook with a mini DisplayPort interface.

Connections: 1x mini DisplayPort 20 Pin connector, 1x DVI 24+1 connector with screws.
Chipset: NXP PTN3361.
DVI-D (Single Link), VGA not connected.
DisplayPort 1.1a specification.
Passive cable (Level Shifter), suitable only for graphics cards with DP++ output.
Signal direction: mini DisplayPort input to DVI output.
Wire gauge: 32 AWG.
Cable diameter: approx. 5.5 mm.
Cable construction: twisted.
Copper wire.
Contacts with gold plating.
