The UPS features an LCD display that shows information such as input and output voltage levels, load and battery status, as well as battery runtime. For battery maintenance, the UPS allows for hot-swapping of the battery, enabling users to perform normal battery maintenance without interrupting connected devices.

Through the USB interface or an optionally available network card, the free-to-download management software PowerPanel Business automatically communicates with the computer and safely shuts down the system in the event of a power outage. It also allows users to schedule shutdowns and perform self-diagnostics, monitors energy consumption values, and displays the approximate runtime.
