The DisplayPort standard is a universal connection standard for transmitting audio and video signals. With this high-quality DisplayPort to DVI adapter cable, you can easily connect your devices with a DVI port, such as external monitors or projectors, to a device with a DisplayPort connection, like PC graphics cards or laptops. The signals from the DisplayPort are converted into DVI signals. All wire pairs are individually shielded with biaxially oriented polyester foil (metal foil and plastic foil). Additionally, the pairs are further shielded with foil of the same type.
