This B+W neutral density filter reduces light by three stops. This neutral density filter is particularly interesting for video, especially when it's not possible to set an appropriate aperture value in bright light or when a shallow depth of field is desired. With this filter strength, a noticeable flow effect can already be observed in water. The B+W 103 ND 0.9 filter is also excellent for shots with a motion blur effect.
