In the large 5-liter stainless steel bowl, doughs of up to 2.5 kg - 3 kg can be processed thanks to the robust special transmission. The aluminum die-cast mixing hook allows for even mixing of larger quantities of dough. The aluminum die-cast kneading hook is ideally suited for heavy doughs like yeast or bread dough. The speed can be adjusted continuously. A removable splash guard with refill opening, the 35° swivel multifunction arm with release mechanism, and the quick-release chuck for changing individual tools provide additional comfort with the KM 6030. Safety is ensured by the safety switch and suction cups.
