Yeti features controls for headphone volume, polar pattern, mute, and gain, allowing you to manage every step of the recording process. If loud sound sources cause distortion or feedback during recording, you can easily adjust the microphone's input sensitivity with the gain control. Alternatively, you can press the mute button to pause during a podcast.

The microphone includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, enabling you to monitor your recording in real-time and without delay. You can adjust the headphone volume directly on the front of the microphone.

Yeti can be oriented and tilted depending on the sound source to optimize audio quality. Once you achieve the desired tilt, secure the position with the mounting screws. Yeti is a side-address microphone that captures sound from opposite sources. For better portability, the microphone can be folded or completely removed from the stand. It can be mounted on a microphone stand or in a shock mount.
