Product details

Innoflex is a flexible, rubber-like elastomer material with varying hardness levels. It is characterized by a reduced CO2 footprint and improved elastic properties.

With a Shore hardness of 45D, which is slightly harder than 40D, it is made from Arnitel®Eco. Arnitel®Eco is a partially bio-based thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPC) derived from rapeseed oil, combining the best properties of elastomers and polyesters.

This material has a proven CO2 footprint that is up to 50% lower than that of comparable copolyesters.

Innoflex offers excellent adhesion in the Z-direction, ensuring that printed layers do not separate even under extreme deformation. It is particularly well-suited for printing flexible parts such as miniature tires, drive belts, wristbands, and components that require extreme flexibility and frequent bending.
