Ultrafuse PLA PRO1 is the high-quality, tough PLA from BASF, known for its speed, strength, versatility, and consistency. Ultrafuse PLA PRO1 has been developed as a technical high-speed thermoplastic that is as easy to print as PLA, with speeds previously considered unfeasible. Nevertheless, it boasts significantly better mechanical properties that even surpass printed ABS objects. This was an area where the most demanding users had to make compromises before Ultrafuse PLA PRO1 came along.

By varying the print settings, users can optimise speed, strength, surface quality, or a mix of these properties beyond the performance level of conventional filaments. If you are in an environment that requires reliable performance print after print, you can enhance your productivity with Ultrafuse PLA PRO1. By increasing the speed, you can save at least 30% of the printing time. To achieve this high speed, we recommend setting the printer to a temperature range of 220 °C to 230 °C. Super-fast printing may affect surface quality. Ultrafuse PLA PRO1 features strong layer adhesion, making prints significantly more stable and thus enhancing functionality.

• Print temperature: 220 °C ± 10 °C
• Print speed: 120-150 mm/s
• Fill density: ≥ 20%
• Bed adhesion: clean glass
• Fan speed: 100%
• Top thickness: 1.2 mm
• Layer height: 0.1 mm
• Bed temperature: 60 °C or unheated bed with tape/glue

Strong settings:

• Print temperature: 220 °C ± 10 °C
• Print speed: 40-70 mm/s
• Fill density: ≥ 20% (higher = stronger)
• Bed adhesion: clean glass
• Fan speed: 0%
• Top thickness: 1.2 mm
• Layer height: ≤ 0.06 mm
• Bed temperature: 60 °C or unheated bed with tape/glue.
