Bambu Lab TPU 90A

Bambu Lab TPU 90A is a flexible 3D printing filament with a Shore hardness of 90A that offers an excellent balance between flexibility and structural integrity. It is particularly suitable for applications such as shoe soles, RC tyres and functional components that require both flexibility and strength.

Exceptional abrasion resistance: High resistance to abrasion ensures long-lasting printing results, even with intensive use.

Melting temperature: 180 °C
Tensile strength: 12.5 ± 0.8 MPa
Elongation at break: over 650 %

Recommended pressure settings:
Nozzle temperature: 200-250 °C
Print bed temperature: 30-35 °C (with adhesive)
Print speed: under 200 mm/s

Notes:
Drying before use: Due to the high moisture absorption of TPU 90A, it is recommended to dry the filament before printing to achieve optimal printing results.
Compatibility: Please note that Bambu Lab TPU 90A is not compatible with the Automatic Material System (AMS) or AMS Lite. For optimal printing results, it is recommended to store the filament in a sealed package with desiccant to prevent moisture absorption.
