Bambu PLA Basic Gradient 1kg

Soft two-color gradient. The smooth transition between two colors creates a vibrant and impressive visual effect on printed models. Gradients are ideal for printing beautiful toys or decorations.

High printing speed with fine finish. Printing speeds of up to 300 mm/s (with a 0.4 mm nozzle) while maintaining a consistently fine and elegant finish.

Gradient length of 8 to 10 meters. Smaller models with less filament consumption have a less noticeable gradient, while larger models with more filament consumption exhibit a more pronounced gradient.

Excellent layer adhesion. As a new color option in the PLA Basic series, the Gradient filament retains similar performance to PLA Basic but offers even stronger layer adhesion and toughness, reducing the risk of breakage in printed parts.

Recommended printing settings:

• Drying settings (Blast Drying Oven): 55 °C, 8 h
• Printing and storage container: Humidity < 20 % RH (sealed, with desiccant)
• Nozzle temperature: 190 - 230 °C
• Bed temperature (with adhesive): 35 - 45 °C
• Printing speed: < 300 mm/s

• Vicat softening temperature: 57 °C
• Heat deflection temperature: 57 °C
• Melting temperature: 160 °C
• Melt flow index: 42.4 ± 3.5 g/10 min

• Elongation at break: 12.2 ± 1.8 %
• Flexural modulus: 2750 ± 160 MPa
• Flexural strength: 76 ± 5 MPa
• Impact strength: 26.6 ± 2.8 kJ/m²
