Avid offers a range of high-quality cables that ensure the fidelity of audio signals during transmission between the I/O components of the Pro Tools system. The DigiSnakes, specifically designed for Avid systems and backed by a lifetime warranty, are color-coded and clearly labeled. With DigiSnakes, you can quickly and easily connect your equipment components, allowing you to spend no more time on cabling than on your music production.

For an AES/EBU interface with 2 channels per line at sample rates below 192 kHz for the simultaneous transmission of 8 input signals and 8 output signals via the 8 XLR connectors, and a dual-wire transmission at a sample rate of 192 kHz for the transmission of 4 input signals and 4 output signals. The connector labeled "output 1&2" is then output 1, the connector labeled "output 3&4" is output 2, and so on. The 4 XLRM connectors are black, while the 4 XLRF sockets are yellow-coated, all with clear labeling.
