The battery is new, filled, charged, and ready for immediate use! The construction principle of AGM batteries is based on the use of grid plates and an absorbent glass mat as a separator, in which the electrolyte is fixed. AGM batteries are maintenance-free regarding water refilling and offer the user not only a very good cycle life but also efficient charging current absorption. Due to the optimization of the internal structure, batteries from the AGM product line are ideally suited for solar applications. The impact-resistant, reinforced polypropylene housing is robust against environmental influences and offers easy installation and comfortable handling through integrated handles.
