HDMI & VGA HDBaseT Sender

The ATEN VE2812AT is a sender for transmitting VGA (with audio) and HDMI signals up to 100 meters over a single Cat 5e/6/6a cable. With the integrated PoH (Power over HDBaseT) feature, the VE2812AT receives power through the HDBaseT output of the connected device. This eliminates the need for an external power supply and reduces the complexity of using power lines behind the wall.

The VE2812AT ensures reliable transmission of HDMI signals and supports 3D, Deep Color, and embedded lossless HD audio formats. Additionally, it facilitates the transmission of VGA (with audio) up to 100 meters. It also supports Long Range Mode up to 150 meters over a single Cat 5e/6 cable at resolutions up to 1080p.

For greater flexibility, the VE2812AT can function as a video switch by connecting two sources and distributing them to an identical output. It is recommended to use the VE2812AT in combination with the VE2812R. The VE2812R can utilize IR/RS-232 from the VE2812R to the VE2812AT, allowing users to remotely control the VE2812AT via the RS-232 command mode by switching the input port.
