Alphacool's performance thermal pad is designed to cool various electronic components where effective heat dissipation is crucial. It can be used on voltage converters and VRAMs in graphics cards, as well as in electronic components of PlayStation and Xbox game consoles, significantly enhancing their performance and durability.
This silicone-based soft heat transfer pad features optimal compressibility. Its low hardness and natural tackiness allow it to adapt perfectly to surfaces, compensating for unevenness between components and ensuring a notable improvement in heat transfer.
The special material composition of the Core heat-conducting pad minimizes the risk of silicone bleeding, enabling it to be used for a considerably longer period than conventional heat transfer pads without significant performance loss.
Thanks to its excellent electrical insulation properties, Alphacool's thermal pad is also suitable for cooling electronic components in electric vehicles, autopilot systems, mobile phones, servers, motherboards, power supplies, LCD TVs, notebooks, telecommunication devices, access points, memory modules, and more.
