Alphacool's performance thermal pad is designed to cool various electronic components where effective waste heat dissipation is crucial. It can be used for voltage converters and VRAMs on graphics cards, as well as electronic components in PlayStation and Xbox game consoles, significantly enhancing their performance and durability.
This silicone-based soft heat transfer pad features optimal compressibility. Its low hardness and natural tackiness allow the Core heat transfer pad to conform perfectly to surfaces, compensating for unevenness between components and ensuring a substantial improvement in heat transfer.
The special material composition of the Core heat-conducting pad minimizes the risk of silicone bleeding, allowing it to be used for a much longer duration than conventional heat transfer pads without significant performance loss.
Versatile in application, Alphacool's thermal pad offers excellent electrical insulation (electrically non-conductive), making it suitable for cooling electronic components in electric vehicles, autopilot systems, mobile phones, servers, motherboards, power supplies, LCD TVs, notebooks, telecommunication devices, access points, memory modules, and more.
