Product details

The Solo Gimbal utilizes the intelligence of Solo to automatically achieve perfect shots. It benefits from stable footage, GoPro controls and charging options, as well as comprehensive HD video streaming.

3DR has worked directly with GoPro to make Solo the first and only drone that transmits a clear and sharp feed from your GoPro directly to your phone – along with your Hero4 camera, which you can control during flight.

3DR Solo has designed the Solo Gimbal to be the world’s first gimbal that provides access to GoPro controls during flight. Now you can record or pause your shots while flying, allowing you to select the desired footage. This reduces unwanted material, enabling a "lean" editing routine. The smaller file size makes it easier to store and share these short clips directly on your phone. The Solo Gimbal even powers your GoPro, ensuring the battery doesn’t run out during flight.

The three-axis gimbal from 3DR guarantees solid performance for the GoPro. It allows you to capture smooth and fluid HD footage during every flight and stabilizes up to 0.1 degrees in alignment accuracy.

The Solo Gimbal is designed to work intelligently with the GoPro and the Solo controller. This combination offers you fine-grained pan control over your camera – including angle presets and instant speed adjustments. Alternatively, you can simply press "Play" on the mobile app and let Solo's Smart Shots take full control of the gimbal to automatically achieve perfect shots.
