Hatte das selbe Problem ebenfalls bei HP Envy 7460. Hatte alle Tricks aus dem Internet ausprobiert, aber anscheinend gehen bei diesem Drucker wirklich nur original hp Patronen.
Konnte aber dem Galaxus Kundendienst anrufen und bekam einen Teil des Kaufpreises zurückerstattet.
