Question about Brother LC-123VALBP Value Pack

the yellow, magenta and cyan cartridges are empty no ink appears in the viewing window, but black is OK. therefore printing is not possible. Unfortunately, the packaging is no longer available. Can I still get a replacement?

I have the same problem with the same goods at Conrad.

Ink cartridges cannot be replaced or returned once the packaging has been opened. If you think this is a fault with the product, you can try to have the product checked for a warranty claim, but this may be difficult. There may also be a problem with the printer. Please contact Brother's or Digitec's customer service to find out exactly what the problem is.
