Good all-rounder, why why is scanning so slow?
I got this mainly for the ADF, but it is poor quality - it works, but the scans are not aligned to paper edge...looks like a bad feeder mechanism.
Colour scanning speed is also much slower than my previous Canon model, the MG6350.
The ink levels reduce even when not in use, I guess due to a dry environment. Not sure that is specifically a Canon issue, though.

- Does it all - scans, prints CDs
- low foorprint for what it does
Contra
- no dedicatred photo paper slot
- scanning is slower than older models and frustrating to set up
- sheet feeder is absolutely crap, does not align paper correctly
