Why your order might be taking longer than usual

One of the systems at our central warehouse in Wohlen seems to have caught a spring cold. As a result, some of the orders currently coming in are taking slightly longer to be processed. We’ve adjusted our delivery times as a precaution (even if you still see the green tick).

Our central warehouse in Wohlen, Aargau, has three key systems. One of them is feeling a little under the weather right now. As a result, some customers who’ve placed orders in the last few days have had to wait longer than expected for their deliveries. Roughly 10 per cent of shipments coming out of Wohlen have been affected. Sorry about that!

Despite our best efforts, it might take a little while to get the system fully up and running again. We don’t want to make any empty promises, so we’ve adjusted our delivery times as a precaution. In other words, all products in stock in Wohlen are currently being displayed with a three-day delivery time, even if you see a green tick on the product page. However, most of these products are still likely to be delivered the day after you place your order.

Our team in Wohlen is also working flat out to make sure you receive your deliveries as soon as possible, and to get delivery times back to normal. Thank you for your understanding.
