Delivery delays: we’re back on track

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, we saw a massive increase in orders on our online shops. This caused delivery delays. We've now managed to work off the backlog.

Good news for all digitec and Galaxus customers: if you order products that are in stock in our warehouse, we’ll deliver them as fast as usual. This applies to all products that are marked with a tick on a green dot.

Special thanks for this achievement go to our logistics colleagues who've done an incredible job in our warehouses in Wohlen and Dintikon over the past few weeks. After our shout out, we hired more than 200 new employees within a few days. This has allowed us to reduce the order backlog. To put things in perspective: in mid-March, customers had to wait on average three days longer than usual for their orders to arrive. We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank you, our customers, for your understanding and patience.

To add to the good news: all our eleven stores are opening again on 11 May. We’re looking forward to seeing you again and helping you with order collections, returns, warranty claims and advice.
