State of emergency in Switzerland: we need support in our warehouse

Update from Wohlen: most temporary logistics positions filled

As our order volume is skyrocketing, we've spent the last days and weeks recruiting logistics staff for Wohlen and Dintikon – with great success! We've hired around 150 new colleagues who've already taken up work in our warehouse.
In the last few days, our HR team has buckled down and reviewed all applications – with the help of other departments. They encountered many stories, from people who have existential fears to parents who answer the phone for their sons and daughters and applications from Morocco or India. Our shout out struck a chord with many people.
In the past few days, about 30 people did a trial session in our logistics team each day and we've hired 93 people in total (that's a bout 10 a day since 17 March). Cooperations with third-party companies have allowed us to employ another 80 people.

In the last few days, the order volume has stabilised at a very high level. Thanks to all the applications we've received, we're confident that we'll have made up the backlog in about 2-3 weeks.
