Ordered on the 5th Jan and it said 'Ready for shipment from external warehouse'. Got in touch with customer service, they said it should be arriving soon, updated the order saying expected Jan 28th.
Now it says 'article not delivered to us in time'.
We have ordered 3 items (inc a PS5 in September) that have not arrived. Why are you selling products that you do not have? Or else, why are you providing false expectations to your customers?
