Is a charging option included in the scope of delivery, or does it have to be ordered separately?

Scope of delivery consists of: Travel case , Quick start guide , USB cable , Jabra Link 370 USB adapter.
The USB cable has to be connected to the PC somewhere. A power adapter for the wall socket is not included.
