How long can it keep a 48 port poe etc pro and a dreammachine pro alive?

Not at all! This is not a UPS but only a second power supply unit. With this you can operate the DreamMachine switches etc. on two power circuits and if the internal power supply fails, the switch is supplied via the USP-RPS.
Apparently there will be a UPS in the future, which will continue to supply the switch on the same port in the event of a power failure.
