Is a tamper included in the scope of delivery?

Yes, a hard plastic tamper is included. However, a blind sieve for cleaning is not.

Unfortunately, the pressure is not building up correctly for me. Only 3 bar is displayed. What could be the reason for this? I have measured the amount of coffee with the accessory spoon and also pressed it properly with the tamper.

Possibly the degree of grinding. It could be that the powder is too coarse and therefore the water flows too quickly

As far as I know Italy. Repairs have not been necessary yet, otherwise I would bring Elektras 😊

No, there are no plastic parts under the filter screen. The LEDs are orange. Note: A dummy sieve for cleaning the machine was not included in the scope of delivery
