Unfortunately, the pressure is not building up correctly for me. Only 3 bar is displayed. What could be the reason for this? I have measured the amount of coffee with the accessory spoon and also pressed it properly with the tamper.

Possibly the degree of grinding. It could be that the powder is too coarse and therefore the water flows too quickly

Adjust the grind finer... Don't buy ready-ground coffee. Or buy it anyway and then a SMEG coffee machine with a pressure sieve... But it doesn't make a real espresso and should still taste good. You can also use ESE pods and the sieve. Still needs patience and a good grinder. I'm still feeling the same way at the moment. But the coffee is slowly becoming drinkable and the pressure is now up to 8 bar😂😉

I also think it is the grind that should be set finer.

You need to adjust the degree of grinding of your beans. There is usually a coffee grinder in the Migros or Coop. Grind your coffee there and try again, if the pressure is too low, the coffee is too coarse. Then adjust the grinder again.
