I have BeoSound Moment, BeoAvant TV in the house, Beosound 2 and Beoplay M5 (spread over three floors) and control everything via the B&O app on my iPhone. As long as you have reasonably good Wi-Fi everywhere, everything works absolutely fine.

Hello You can set up groups via the B&O app to run B&O's Multiroom LS on stereo. Unfortunately, I have no experience with Bluetooth stereo. Greetings Giuseppe

Yes, you need Spotify Premium to use Connect. Internet radio is possible via apps such as TuneIn.
