You definitely don't have to register it, as the drone weighs less than 250 grams. So it is allowed everywhere even without registration. I am not sure about the insurance. Maybe you should ask. Greetings

Very positive so far. Last weekend in particular, "spectators" were amazed at how quiet she is. Sure, it's always relative, but the sound is more pleasant than with many others. A few metres up in the air, it's barely audible when there's a bit of ambient noise.

Yes no warranty. Since damage caused by falls is not covered by the warranty anyway. In the event of a serious incident, however, the right of guarantee applies in Switzerland. But as far as I can tell, it's rare for something to break under warranty with a drone.
Requires a relatively large amount of storage. >500 MB for approx. 1 minute. The 128 is certainly enough to start with. After that, depending on the use, the 256 or more might be better. I'm not sure what the maximum supported size is.
