I ordered it a week ago and tried it out straight away, but since then the headset unfortunately doesn't work without a cable. Or rather, it does not turn on. Does anyone have the same problem and a solution? Unfortunately I couldn't find any help on the internet.
For me, the headset works without problems. If necessary, try a different USB port and check in the Windows audio settings that the headset is really selected as the output device.
