When I want to copy with the printer, it always prints in 50% reduction. To fix this, I have to manually set the layout to normal in 5 steps. However, it does not want to remember this setting and the next time I switch it on, I have to go through the same steps again. Not practical! Can this be solved?

Copying is no problem for me - After switching on (On - Off button) the following displays appear:  "System Inintialize" then "Warm up Please wait" then "Ready Copy (even with the display: 100% in the lower left corner of the display window) - Original inserted - Press Start - Copy is created - Copy 100% !
Copy is created - Copy 100% !
