Question about HP T125, 24" DesignJet

How many pages per minute does this print for smaller paper sizes? The HP technical data sheet only specifies A1 at 1ppm. Are the 44ppm (B&W) and 6ppm (colour) in the Specifications above true? If so, are these the speeds for A4?
