Good day. I don't quite understand the terms of the warranty. Under Warranty it says 24 months bring-in warranty. Under important notes it says:

Is it 24 months or 36?
Is it bring-in or on-site?
How long is the warranty with 3-year total extension?
Does the warranty extension apply Bring-In or On-Site?

Digitec, as the seller, grants the statutory 24-month bring-in guarantee. However, if you register the device with OKI, you will receive a 36-month on-site guarantee from OKI directly. That's what we did, and it works.
