You advertise this printer with 4800x4800 resolution, but according to the manufacturer only max. 1200x1200 possible when printing. The same with the model C310....What is correct now?

The max. printing resolution is 1200 dpi (dots per inch). At this resolution, the max. color quality is 4800 CQ.
