Well, that's customer friendliness at its best.
Until yesterday it said 1-3 days, then at night the system switched to 3-5 days and now it's 10-12 days again.

Nowadays, each of these shipments has a tracking number, you just have to be able to manage it that way and not just always give the customer the smaller number for a delivery date of 15-30 days.
