Would this SSD be suitable for running all my games, which I currently have on the internal HDD of my gaming laptop, from the SSD? Because I have 2 gaming laptops and I don't want to have to download the same games completely. Thank you very much for an answer.

Helpful answer

The SSD is very suitable for storing the game data because it is very fast (only with USB 3/3.1). However, I don't think you can install the game applications on it and start them from different devices, because in Windows the application is usually installed device-specifically (registry entries etc.); but this has nothing to do with the storage technology.

If the games can be installed on an external USB disk and started from it, then yes! Otherwise you have to work with SystemImages... HD -> USB -> HD2 etc.
