Question about Club 3D Mini DisplayPort — DisplayPort

Would this product work with the "Samsung LC49RG90SSUXEN" if I were to connect it to a "MacBook Pro 16"? (I will use it via a USB hub. The "HyperDrive PRO 8-in-2")
