Would these headphones also work with a Macbook, PS5 controller, iPhone or Nintendo Switch without an AMP/DAC?

Yes, that basically works. The product has an impedance of 48 ohms. This means it can also be used without a separate amplifier on devices such as MacBook, PS5 controller, iPhone (with adapter) or Switch. According to research, however, you will not achieve the full sound potential.
