Question about smart Scart to HDMI Converter

I don't quite understand your question. If your DVD player really has a Scart connection, you need the "Scart to HDMI" converter. Connect the DVD player and the converter with a Scart cable. Connect the converter to the receiver or directly to the TV HDMI connection using the HDMI cable. The converter is operated with the mains adapter (230 VAC).
